Booking and cancelling conditions:

PAYMENTS: For a check-in between june 1st and sept.15th, a 1st payment of 30% of the total of the stay will be taken on your credit card at reservation moment. For a check-in between sept.16th and may31st, no 1st payment required. Last payment is to be done by cash (at check-in moment) or credit card (with an authorization at check-in and a debit at check-out)

MODIFICATION BEFORE CHECK-IN: Low season (16/9-31/5) no modification cost until 7 days before arrival day. Less than 7 days before, one night penalty. High season (1/6 - 15/9): no cost until 60 days before check-in. Less than 60 days before check-in, penalty of 50% of cancelled nights will be invoiced.

TOTALE CANCELLATION: Low season (16/9-31/5) no cancellation cost until 7 days before arrival day. Less than 7 days before, one night penalty. High season (1/6 - 15/9): 30% penalty charged in any case.

NO SHOW OR EARLY DEPARTURE: the total amount of the initial booked stay will be charged anyway
