Booking and cancelling standard conditions:

LOW SEASON arrival day between 16/9 and 31/5: no deposit when booking. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before, a penalty of the 1st night fee will be charged on your credit card and, for Superior rooms and Family suites, the 30% deposit is lost. For a cancellation on arrival day or no show or early departure: 100% of the stay is charged.

HIGH SEASON arrival day between 1/6 and 15/9: no deposit when booking. Cancellation free until 45 days before arrival day, cancellation between 44 days and 30 days before arrival day: 30% penalty, cancellation between 29 days and 7 days before arrival day: 50% penalty, cancellation less than 7 days before arrival day: 100% penalty.

NO SHOW OR EARLY DEPARTURE: the total amount of the initial booked stay will be charged anyway on your credit card.

SPECIAL DISCOUNT -10% FOR PREPAYMENT AT RESERVATION MOMENT - NON REFUNDABLE:

This special can be cumulate with our long stay discount but is available only for a reservation made at least 2 months before and before march 31st 2012

To save 10% on your stay, you just have to make your reservation on our website and pay the entire amount of the stay -10% within 3 days after reservation day by bank transfer, writting the reservation number when filling the transfer form. You will receive by mail a confirmation. Caution! Special conditions: CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION if cancelled , modified or in case of no-show, the total of the stay will be charged. PREPAYMENT: the total price of the reservation is to be paid within 3 days after reservation day by bank transfer and is non-refundable. In case of non prepayment within 3 days of the reservation date, the standard rates and conditions will be applicated.
